Bacon Ranch Jalapeño Popper Dip
Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch dressing mix
6 strips bacon, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (from a jar)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, chopped bacon, chopped jalapeños, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the mixture evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the dip.
Drizzle the melted butter over the cracker mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
